6/22 GTRA 7-8 L (5-9) (4-5 conference)

The jags suffered a tough loss to conference foe GTRA on their Wednesday night game. The jags had chances to secure the win but a solo home run in the bottom of the seventh for the titans allowed the game to continue. Jags came back and scored two more runs to go up but the titans once again got runners on and got a big hit down the third baseline scoring two which won the game. One the Jags desperately needed. Kolson Kruse had a double which scored two runners. Caden Larson had two hits. Colby Russell had one while Justin Loseke jag himself a game going 3 for 4 with a double that sent in two runs. Brady Hanson once again had a huge hit a double which scored a runner in the extra innings. Pitcher Hane Sorenson had a hit and threw a good ball game. Going six innings, giving two earned runs and striking out eight batters. Colby Russell came in for relief after Hane reached his pitch limit.  


JV action: 11-3 W (3-9-2)

Gauge Jones got the call on the mound for the JV squad. Giving up three runs in the first inning gauge settled in the rest of the two innings he pitched. He ended with two strikeouts and a pickoff. The offense exploded Kaden holder walked had a hit and scored a run. Ethan Ackerson added a Sac fly to score a runner and a double on the game. Gavin Weier and Cale Van sickle each scored a run while Bryson Axness had a hit and scored Gavin. Maverick Dorman did his job and got a hit in the game as did Elias field. His hit was a big one that scored a run. Lenix Allbee, Caden Kaltschnee both got an at bat and scored off walks. Dreyvon Steadman with his quickness hit a dribbler which Dreyvon beat out. Good day for the JV baseball team!
