Jags suffer home loss with first game of the season. A pitching duel between two good pitchers just came up short for the Jaguars as Eagles struck with a huge 2 run double and that was all they needed to secure the win. Kolson Kruse was otherwise great on the mound pitching 5 2/3 innings striking out 10 batters. Eagles got the big hit at the right time and it was the difference in the ball game. Jag bats were quiet most of the night with Justin Loseke scoring the lone run reaching on an error and scoring on a throwing error at third.
