The JVR volleyball team had two matches this week. We hosted Pocahontas Area and South Central Calhoun on Thursday, September 21st. Facing PAC, we lost in two sets with scores of 11-25 and 21-25. We played a fun game against SCC, winning the first set at 25-22, but falling short sets two and three: 22-25 and 9-15, respectively. Overall, the team played well together with some personnel and lineup changes. 

Athletes that suited this week on the JVR team include Avrie Hanson, Kalli Thompson, Ruby Stimpson, Addie Larson, Mae Searcy, Meia Hefley, Mylee Swanson, Trinity Anderson, Ileigh Taylor, Dani Bethel, and Taylor Willardson.
