The JVR football squad was back in action on September 1st against the Norsemen of Roland Story. The Jaguars fell behind early but were able to put things together in the second half. Their second half efforts were fueled by the running of Owen Steck and Carter Ferry along with great support in the backfield by Logan Bintz. In the second half of this ball game, the Jaguar defense really clamped down, not allowing another offensive touchdown but Roland Story was able to extend their lead through Special Teams.

Overall, the JVR squad is continuing to grow and develop and we look forward to their next opportunity to showcase their abilities this Friday in a JV/JVR curtain raiser against Hampton-Dumont.
