@Dayton Monday 4-10-2023: The Jaguars hosted a TLC Quad vs. South Central

Calhoun, Emmetsburg and GTRA. SCC placed 1 st shooting 178 and Emmetsburg

2 nd at 180. GTRA finished 3 rd at 184 and the Jaguars 4 th with 201. Will Comp shot

44 followed by Elias Field at 45. Cale VanSickle and Hane Sorenson shot 56.

Maverick Dorman shot 60 and Tyler Jondle 64. JV team totals were GTRA 202,

SCC 207, Emmetsburg 208 and SEV 226. Kaden Holder shot 51, Kyle Johnson 56,

Spencer Suchan 57, Brogen Skoglund 62 and Drew Corell 82. Coach Blunk

commented “we didn’t play up to our expectations. We are a better team than

the scores showed. We posted a few very high score on just a few holes that

really hurt. Hopefully the consistency improves. This team is better than what

we posted tonight.” The Jaguars host St. Edmonds Tuesday and Pocahontas on

Thursday. Both meets are at the Gowrie Golf Course.

Jaguar Boys Defeat St. Edmonds

@Gowrie Tuesday 4-11-2023: The Jaguars defeated St. Eds. 177-186. Will Comp

earned medalist honors in a one-hole playoff over teammate Elias Field. Both

shot 41. Hane Sorenson shot 45, Kaden Holder 50, Cale VanSickle 52 and

Spencer Suchan 56. The JV also defeated St. Eds. 208-232. Alex Lambert shot 47.

Kyle Johnson and Brogen Skoglund shot 53. Tyler Jondle and Maverick Dorman

carded 55. Drew Corell shot 59. Coach Blunk commented “we posted better

scores tonight. We need to keep at in practice and stay consistent. The weather

has been cooperating for us to get some outside time in and that always is a

plus. We host Pocahontas on Thursday with a busy few weeks ahead so

hopefully our scores continue to improve.”
