The special meeting of the Board of Education of Southeast Valley met in open session. President Wicklein called the meeting to order at 12:15 PM
Roll Call:
SV: Shannon Miller, Allan, Wicklein (via phone), Jim Carlson(via phone), Sean Stewart, Jeff Ackerson (via phone) Absent: Katie VanSickle, Joni Hefley
Public Participation: None
Southeast Valley: Motion by Stewart, seconded by Carlson to approve the opening of new bank accounts at Security Savings. There will be 3 accounts, General Account, Schoolhouse Account, and Activity Account.
Ayes: Miller, Wicklein, Ackerson, Carlson, Stewart Nays: None
Motion carries 5-0
Southeast Valley: Motion by Carlson, seconded by Stewart to approve the signers on the 3 bank accounts. The approved signatures will be the Board President, Board Secretary, Board Vice President and Operations Manager. The signatures will be the current people in those roles, but will change to whoever holds that role if there should be changes in the future. As of this meeting those individuals will be Shannon Miller, Lisa Willardson, Allan Wicklein and MaChelle Showers. There will be a requirement of 2 signatures on any check written. Lisa Willardson will have the authority to make bank transfers, ACH withdrawals, wire transfers, and any other transaction without dual signatures. Only checks will require the double signature.
