The joint regular meeting of the Boards of Education of Prairie Valley and Southeast Webster-Grand met in regular session. President Miller called the meeting to order at 12:15 PM.

A discussion was held regarding the upcoming bus leases that are ending and what to do for the upcoming year. It was agreed that the transportation committee will meet and come up with a recommendation to the boards for approval.

The joint regular meeting of the Boards of Education of Prairie Valley and Southeast Webster-Grand met in regular session. Superintendent Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
The Oath of Office for school board members was administered by the Board Secretary to the board members elected in the November 2, 2021 election. Those members included:
Prairie Valley members, Shannon Miller, Heidi McGuire, Jim Carlson and Jeff Ackerson.
Southeast Webster Grand members, Katie VanSickle, AJ Blair and Alison Swanson.

The approved volunteers are Spencer Johnson, Jason Slinker, Aaron Leppert, Xavier Nichols, Danny Lee and Derek Rasmussen, as well as approving volunteer Amber Sorenson to help with the high school boys basketball program.
