Rockwell City--The Jags traveled to Rockwell City to take on the Titans in their final road game and came away with a 40-30 loss. The Jags fell behind early and trailed 17-7 after the first quarter. Southeast Valley put together a nice 2nd quarter on both ends of the floor and got to within three and trailed 25-22 heading into the halftime break. We wanted to eliminate second chances and fast break points in the second half, and get out and attack quickly on the offensive end of the floor. The scoring slowed down in the third quarter and after tying the game at 26 the Titans scored the final six points of the quarter and held a 32-26 advantage heading into the final quarter. While the Jaguars continued to play hard they could not come any closer and fell by the final score of 40-30 to end their 23-24 Basketball season. Scoring for the Jaguars: Jaiden Johnson (3), Landon Vote (3), Caden Cramer (5), Conner Rentz (16), and Dawson Tuel (3).
