Even the Gym is Cold for the SV Girls

Southeast Valley started their 2018 year by traveling to Sac City Tuesday, January 2nd, to face East Sac. The Raiders were too much for the Jaguars, after spending nearly all of break out of the gym due to frigid temperatures. Lack of practice showed as the Jaguars dropped the contest to the Raiders, 44 - 65.
  Morgan Castenson brought some heat with her for the night, leading the Jaguar offense with 14 points. Castenson was on fire from behind the arch, connecting on 4 three-pointers. Kenzie Crampton came to life in the paint for the Jags, producing 8 points offensively. Kasey Lundberg shot 100% from the free-throw line, hitting 4 of 4, to finish the game with 4 points. Mady Jaeschke and Shelby Cummins added 4 points apiece for the Jags. Delaney Conrad swished a trey, to finish with 3 points. Cassi Berglund, Jaynie Ferrari, and Carson Shipley chipped in a bucket to finish with 2 points apiece. Cassidy Lambert took a trip to the free-throw line collecting 1 point for the Jags. 
  The Jaguar girls return to action on Friday, January 5th, traveling to Alta. Starting next week January 8th, the Jaguars are busy. Traveling to Story City (V@ 6,JV@ 4:30,JVR@ 7) Monday, hosting Clarion-Goldfield (V@ 6,JV@ 4:30,JVR@ 7) Tuesday, hosting Webster City (JV@ 7,JVR@ 6) Thursday, and hosting Sioux Central (V@ 6) Friday
