Three games in three days with this being the 9th conference game of the season meant the Titans came into Dayton, Iowa for a big conference match up.  The rested Titans came in with their top pitcher throwing.  The Jaguars sent out Jaxon Myers to throw and started out slow on the mound but fought tough to get out of early jams.  The Jaguars struck first scoring two runs in the third inning.  The Titans answered right back in the top of the fourth inning scoring three runs after a walk and hit batter a Titan hitter mustered a home run over the center field fence to take the lead from the Jaguars.  It was one of those games where the Jaguars would have solid hits but nothing hit a gap.  The Titans had everything going their way which included the home run.  With Jaxon coming at the end of his pitch count, Coledon Bethel took over on the mound.  After an error which always seems to hurt the Jaguars at the worst time the Titans runner reached third before there was any outs.  In a tough situation Coledon ended up only allowing one run to cross now it was up to the heart of the Jaguars lineup to come back and win the game.  Again the story of the season is one run games and the Jaguars have usually ended up on the losing side.  This case it was typical one run game for the Jaguars as they could not score any runs and the Titans stole a win away from the home team Jaguars.

Hits for the Jaguars was led by returning player Myles Davis, who did all he could in his return going 2 for 4, one of which was hit hard at the left fielder and on a calm day would have sailed over his head.  Other Jaguars recording a hit included: Jackson Housken,  Jacob Sorenson, Sam Berglund and Dakota Jaeschke.  All in all the Jaguars recording 6 hits, 3 RBI’s, but only two walks throughout the game.  In the end the Jaguars would suffer another one run loss this one being a big one since it was a conference game which the Jaguars know they let slip away.
